Gene Chayevsky
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
Gene Chayevsky has guided Cadillac Jack’s restructuring and growth since 2008 as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. He has served on the Board of Directors for Cadillac Jack since 2004. Mr. Chayevsky has more than nineteen years of experience in investment banking, private equity, and executive management at Morgan Stanley, Westdeutsche Landesbank and Finstar Financial Group. Prior to joining Cadillac Jack, Mr. Chayevsky served as President and Managing Partner of Finstar Financial Group LLC, the US-based arm of Finstar Financial Group, a global retail, entertainment and real estate focused private equity firm with an estimated market value of assets under management of over $2 billion.
Mauro Franic
Chief Operating Officer
Mauro Franic has successfully guided Cadillac Jack’s Product Management and Marketing groups, along with oversight for revenue planning and targeted business development. Mr. Franic is also responsible for US Sales and Operations including production, supply chain, warehousing and distribution, and field services operations. His expertise, strategy and passion for the business have helped to strengthen and drive Cadillac Jack’s profitability and market share. Prior to his role as COO, he served as Vice President of Product Management and Marketing. Mr. Franic joined Cadillac Jack in September 2006 as Director of Product Management, during which time he was instrumental in the development and introduction of new product lines in the US and Mexico. He brings more than seventeen years of product management experience to Cadillac Jack, having led business development for Exxon Mobil in Argentina and for Radiant Systems in the US, Spain, and the Caribbean.
Sigmund Lee
Chief Technology Officer
As Chief Technology Officer, Sigmund Lee leads Cadillac Jack’s global technology and product strategy, responsible for R&D, Advanced Gaming Operations, Engineering Customer Support and Corporate IT. Mr. Lee’s vision has elevated Cadillac Jack’s products to new levels and helped to transform the company into a leading gaming provider in the US and Mexico.
Mr. Lee joined Cadillac Jack in 2006 as Vice President of Engineering. Under his leadership, the systems and game development teams have expanded the company’s product mix, and dramatically improved game performance, maintainability, reliability and scalability. Throughout his career, Mr. Lee has had great success implementing engineering and IT infrastructures in multi-billion dollar companies such as Bally Technologies where he helped streamline the technology direction of the company. Mr. Lee also held several positions with Nova Corporation, a provider of integrated credit card payment services and served as Chief Technology Officer and Executive Vice President of Research and Development at Magnet Communication.
Gordon Dickie
Vice President, Compliance and Government Affairs
Gordon Dickie brings a unique expertise of regulatory and operations experience to the executive team at Cadillac Jack. With Mr. Dickie’s 30 plus years of gaming experience he is a key contributor to Cadillac Jack’s entry into the Class III market, Mr. Dickie combines his extensive knowledge of legal affairs with the licensing and technical sides of compliance. Mr. Dickie initiated the company’s focus on Corporate Compliance when he joined Cadillac Jack and now oversees corporate and product licensing, as well as government affairs. He has extensive experience in the gaming industry including Vice President of Compliance and Government Affairs at Shuffle Master, Executive Director of the Cabazon Gaming Commission of the Cabazon Band of Mission Indians and an extensive casino operations, security and surveillance background at Harrah’s, Hilton Gaming Corporation Primadonna Resorts and with the Nevada Gaming Control Boards Intelligence and Special Investigations Division. Mr. Dickie is also retired from the San Diego Police Department.
Chris Korpi
Vice President, Sales
Chris Korpi serves as Vice President, Sales for Cadillac Jack’s US operations. His extensive background in the placement of gaming devices in Native American casinos has been pivotal in expanding Cadillac Jack’s market share in Class III gaming, as well as into new Class II jurisdictions throughout the US. Mr. Korpi joined Cadillac Jack in 2007 as Regional Vice President of Sales, bringing twenty-two years of gaming and sales expertise to the company’s western division. Prior to Cadillac Jack, Mr. Korpi held executive sales positions with Aruze Gaming America and Sodak Gaming/IGT where he was integral in the development of tribal and political relations, business development and sales forecasting.
Chris Schwab
Vice President, Legal
Mr. Schwab joins Cadillac Jack from Miller & Martin in Atlanta, Georgia. He has more than ten years of experience representing a variety of clients from mid-sized companies to Fortune 500s in an array of complex legal matters. As Vice President, Legal Mr. Schwab’s key responsibilities include providing legal support to Cadillac Jack’s business units, review of customer contracts and other commercial agreements, maintaining corporate governance protocols, managing Cadillac Jack’s intellectual property portfolio and assistance with the implementation of Cadillac Jack’s SOX initiative.
Linda Champion
Vice President, Human Resources
Linda Champion recently joined Cadillac Jack as Vice President, Human Resources. Mrs. Champion will play an integral role in helping to shape the corporate culture, leadership, and employee recruitment and development initiatives during the company’s future growth. She brings an extensive background of HR leadership in organizational development, compensation/benefits, and employment law, as well as recruiting, training, performance management, HR technology, and employee retention from a variety of game and software development companies including EA Sports Tiburon and CCP Games.
