Benefits

Health Care
The Cadillac Jack Health Care plan is comprehensive and affordable, offering a range of choice to all employees.

  • 90% company-paid for employee only; 60% company-paid for dependent plans for medical and dental plans .
  • Medical insurance is offered through Humana. Employees have option of HMO, POS and PPO (PPO only if out of GA) .
  • Dental insurance is offered through Guardian. Employees have option of Base or Buy-up plans.
  • Vision insurance is offered through VSP network. (Cadillac Jack pays a portion of the premium).

Income Protection Program
Cadillac Jack offers a variety of additional insurance packages to enhance employees’ economic stability.

  • Group Life Insurance provides automatic coverage in the amount equal to 1x salary (minimum of $50k and maximum of $150k). Employees may elect to purchase additional supplementary life insurance.
  • Long-term disability provides automatic coverage of 60% of the employee’s salary.
  • Short-term disability is available through an optional, employee paid plan.
  • Employees enjoy automatic International Travel Insurance and Executive Liability Insurance.
  • Supplemental Cancer Insurance and Accidental Care Insurance are also available for employees to purchase.

Holidays & Vacation
At Cadillac Jack, we believe in a balance between work and personal time so we’ve created a plan that lets our employees enjoy time with their families.

  • Upon employment, employees receive a two-week paid vacation allowance. After five years with Cadillac Jack, the allowance grows to three-weeks, and after ten years, four weeks of paid vacation is offered.
  • Cadillac Jack employees enjoy six paid holidays each year. (Up to 2 additional holidays may be added, per management discretion.)
  • Six paid sick days are available to employees to use as needed.
  • Birthdays are special days, so each employee receives four hours of paid time off on their birthday to celebrate.

Pre-Tax Savings Program
It’s important to help our employees save for their future, so we have developed comprehensive programs to help our employees achieve their goals.

  • The company’s 401K plan allows employees to use salary deferrals to set aside pre-tax income, up to an IRS maximum annually. We offer 17 available investment options through our 401k plan. We currently match 401(k) contributions dollas-for-dollar up to 3% of employee's salary.
  • We offer a Flexible Spending account option for medical and dependent care, allowing employees to contribute pre-tax dollars towards their medical and dependent care expenses.
